Operations

The Centre de réadaptation Marie Enfant (CRME) receives clients who are referred by hospital centres, doctors or health care professionals. Referrals are sent to the Medical Records Department. The administrative agent of this department makes sure that the request for service applications are fully completed and that all required documents are included in order to analyze the clients’ eligibility.

Once all the documents have been gathered, the administrative agent of the Medical Records Department forwards the referral to the appropriate area of service. Sometimes applications are returned to the referral agent when they have been wrongly sent to the CRME.
