Objectives - Residential Resources

Residential Services

Residential services provide children with accommodations adapted to their needs, which can vary in terms of duration. These services are available through different types of residential organizations.

Respite Services

Respites are temporary and short-term residential services that are requested and planned ahead of time. They are offered for a short period of time, not involving emergency situations. This type of service aims to provide caregivers with an opportunity to rest. Respite services are available in institutional or non-institutional residences (foster family or halfway houses).
