To register with the Cerebral Motor Deficits Program, children must meet the following criteria:

Have a medical diagnosis of a confirmed or probable cerebral motor deficit disorder

Be between the age of 6 months and 18 years

Reside in the following Montreal areas, where a health and social service centre is located:

Northern part of the Island and Saint-Laurent

Ahuntsic and Montreal North

Plateau Mont-Royal and St-Louis-du-Parc

Saint-Léonard and Saint-Michel

Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Olivier-Guimond and Rosemont

Rivière-des-Prairies, Mercier-East, Anjou and Montreal-East
