The clients - Cerebral Motor Deficits

To register with the Cerebral Motor Deficits Program, children must meet the following criteria: 

  • Have a medical diagnosis of a confirmed or probable cerebral motor deficit disorder
  • Be between the age of 6 months and 18 years
  • Reside in the following Montreal areas, where a health and social service centre is located:
    • Northern part of the Island and Saint-Laurent
    • Ahuntsic and Montreal North
    • Petite-Patrie and Villeray
    • Plateau Mont-Royal and St-Louis-du-Parc
    • Saint-Léonard and Saint-Michel
    • Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Olivier-Guimond and Rosemont
    • Rivière-des-Prairies, Mercier-East, Anjou and Montreal-East
