The clinical coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the services provided meet the individual needs of each child and for coordinating services with the different partners (daycare, school, hospital centres, health and social service centres, etc.).

Services

The Neuromuscular Diseases program provides children and teenagers living in Montreal and Laval, who have been diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease, with rehabilitation and adjustment services that are necessary for enhancing their social participation. Ultra-specialized services (Neuromuscular Diseases Clinic) are provided to children living across Quebec by a team of medical specialists and rehabilitation professionals.

Interventions are based on the child’s profile and are part of the adjustment process.
