The School Integration Program applies to children, teenagers and young adults aged 4 to 21 years and are divided up by school as follows:
École La Passerelle
The program serves children aged 4 and 5 years with a minor motor impairment, who have the potential to integrate into a regular school in a short period of time. Clients, who receive services, live in the region of Montreal.
École Victor-Doré
The program serves children aged 4 to 12 years who have a motor or organic impairment. Clients live in the Montreal, Laurentians, Lanaudière and Montérégie regions.
École Jean-Piaget (Laval)
The program serves children and teenagers aged 4 to 21 years who have a motor impairment living in Laval, Lanaudière and the Laurentians.
École Joseph-Charbonneau
The program serves children and teenagers aged 12 to 21 years who have a motor or organic impairment living in the Montreal, Laurentians, Lanaudière and Montérégie regions.
School Integration Support
The program provides support for the school integration of children aged 4 to 18 years, who have a motor or organic impairment, attending a community school that requires specific services from the program’s rehabilitation team.
Centre Amis des Mots
The Communication Disorders Program serves clients who have a language impairment. The children are aged 4 to 9 years with severe dysphasia and have specific needs that require adjustment-rehabilitation interventions. The clients live in the Montreal, Laval, Laurentians, Lanaudière and Montérégie regions.
